1. Warranty Coverage
Three Roots AutoCare provides a limited parts and labor warranty valid for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever
occurs first) from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship solely
for parts and labor supplied and installed by Three Roots AutoCare. All warranty repairs must be performed at our
facility. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle identified on
the original invoice.

2. Diagnostic Policy
Three Roots AutoCare does not accept diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, or estimates from other
repair facilities or individuals. Before any maintenance or repairs are performed, our shop must complete its own
inspection and documentation following our internal process known as the Four C’s: Concern, Cause, Correction,
and Confirmation. No diagnostic fees, parts, or labor will be refunded for work performed based on third-party
findings.

3. Customer-Provided Parts
Three Roots AutoCare does not permit customer-supplied parts under any circumstance. All repairs and
installations must be performed using shop-sourced components to ensure proper warranty tracking, fitment, and
quality assurance. If customer-supplied parts are presented, the shop reserves the right to refuse service. Any
warranty, credit, or refund associated with such repairs will be null and void.

4. Disclosure of Symptoms or Concerns
All vehicle symptoms, issues, or claims must be disclosed at the time of vehicle sign-in. Failure to properly
describe concerns may result in incomplete or incorrect repairs and will void all warranties, credits, or refunds.
Three Roots AutoCare is not responsible for undisclosed or hidden issues not identified during the initial
inspection due to lack of information or access.

5. Parts & Materials Policy
All parts replaced by Three Roots AutoCare will be considered new and unused, unless otherwise stated on the
repair order or invoice. Used or remanufactured components will be clearly noted as such prior to installation.

6. Warranty Limitations
The following conditions void warranty coverage: (1) Repairs, modifications, or adjustments performed by another
facility or individual after our service. (2) Failure to return the vehicle to Three Roots AutoCare for warranty
inspection or repair authorization. (3) Unauthorized repairs performed without prior written or verbal approval from
management. (4) Vehicle misuse, neglect, commercial operation, off-road use, racing, or towing beyond factory
limits. (5) Alteration of systems related to the original repair, including steering, suspension, brakes, electrical,
drivetrain, or emissions components

7. Modifications and Aftermarket Components
Vehicles modified beyond factory specifications (including aftermarket suspensions, oversized wheels or tires,
performance components, or electrical alterations) are not eligible for any warranty coverage. The customer
assumes full responsibility for any resulting damage, failure, or loss of function.

8. Transportation and Rental Coverage
Three Roots AutoCare does not provide reimbursement or compensation for rental vehicles, ride-share, towing, or
any other form of transportation during repairs or warranty work.

All Customers will be informed of where to locate warranty information either verbally or thru every work order that is created has a permanent information header regarding where to review these full details, failure to comprehend or review these details does not allow any exceptions or bypass the warranty and policies set in place.

9. Warranty Service Process
When a warranty concern arises: (1) The vehicle must be returned to Three Roots AutoCare for inspection. (2) A
minimum of two technicians and one management-level service advisor will review the concern. (3) If determined
that misuse, abuse, external factors, or unrelated systems caused the issue, the customer will be responsible for
all costs. (4) Warranty repairs proceed only with approval from the primary or designated authorized contact on
the account.

10. Customer Self-Repairs and Outside Work
Any self-performed or third-party repairs on or near a previously serviced component may void warranty coverage.
Three Roots AutoCare will not be liable for resulting damages, additional costs, or loss of use caused by
unauthorized or incomplete outside repairs

11. Refunds and Credits
Refunds are not available once a repair has been authorized and completed. If a customer proceeds with repairs
elsewhere without notifying and allowing us inspection, all warranties, credits, and refunds are immediately void.

12. Liability Limitation and Acknowledgment of Terms
Three Roots AutoCare’s total liability is limited to the original cost of parts and labor on the repair invoice. We are
not liable for incidental, consequential, or secondary damages, including but not limited to towing, rental, or
loss-of-use costs. Customer/Client failure to read, understand, or acknowledge this warranty and disclaimer does
not exempt or exclude them from its terms. Lack of awareness, misunderstanding, or neglect of this document
shall not constitute grounds for exception, refund, or warranty extension under any circumstance.
